A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the services provided, diagnosis codes, and treatment codes. You can submit it to your insurance company to request reimbursement for out-of-network services.

We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request after each session.

We are currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking:

"What is my coverage for speech therapy with an out-of-network provider?"

We use the following standardized CPT codes for evaluations:

  • 92523 – Evaluation of speech sound and expressive language

For therapy sessions, we use the following CPT codes:

  • 92507 – Individual treatment of speech, language, voice, or auditory processing disorders
