Hagar Madnick, M.A., CCC-SLP

Founder of Speech Avenue Inc. | Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Tustin, CA | Clinical Educator

Hagar Madnick is a California-licensed and ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist with over twenty years of experience helping children build their communication skills with confidence and care. She is the founder of Speech Avenue Inc., a private speech therapy clinic in Tustin, California, dedicated to providing warm, personalized, and research-backed therapy for children with speech and language disorders.

Clinical Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy

For over a decade, Hagar has worked at Providence Speech and Hearing Center / Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), where she continues to serve as a clinician in the Speech-Language Pathology Department. At CHOC, she supports a diverse pediatric population, including children with:

  • Speech and language delays
  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Social communication challenges
  • Craniofacial anomalies
  • Stuttering and fluency disorders
  • Early language delays in infants and toddlers

In addition to her hospital work, Hagar has served in private pediatric speech therapy clinics across Los Angeles and Orange County for more than 10 years. These one-on-one and small-group settings strengthened her belief in the power of individualized, relationship-based therapy, especially for young children. That passion led to the creation of Speech Avenue, where therapy sessions are play-based, child-centered, and designed to empower each child’s unique communication journey.

As a Clinical Supervisor at Chapman University, Hagar also mentors graduate students during their required clinical fieldwork placements, helping bridge the gap between academic training and real-world clinical practice.
